Humanity nowadays is waking up to realize who We truly Are and how we create our reality with our own Energetic Signature. Science is also catching up with the Great Awakening of humanity, as the scientific findings prove that our life experience is the product of our consciousness.
Our mental body, our mind consists of the Conscious, the Subconscious mind and Our Higher Mind/ Divine Mind which we are able to access through aligning ourselves with our Authentic Self, our Higher Self. This is possible to experience in a Whole-Brain State, which is achieved in a few minutes in each PSYCH-K® process.
The conscious mind is the one that sets future goals, judges the past, thinks abstractly, likes new creative ideas, and pursues changes and new activities. However, it has short term memory, an average about 20 seconds, and is only capable of managing just a few tasks a time, and it processes information in a very slow way, an average of 40 bits of information per second.
The subconscious mind on the other hand performs thousands of tasks at the same time, monitors the operation of the body, it is habitual and thinks very literally through the five senses. It has a long term memory as it stores the interpretation of all our previous experiences, our beliefs, values and attitudes. It is focused in the present and processes all the information a million times faster than the conscious mind, an average of 40 million bits of information per second. The subconscious mind is the autopilot, the data base that consists of belief systems and behaviours,-our programs.
95% of our consciousness is based on the subconscious level of the mind, which consists of these programs. We are only aware of 5% of what is happening in each moment. This is why a lot of people find it so hard to change a habit, to make changes, to follow their goals, and pursue the things they want- the subconscious mind takes them back to the limiting programs. This feels disempowering, overwhelming, and leaves them sometimes disappointed and frustrated, feeling guilty and that they are not good enough.
PSYCH-K® is a very simple yet very powerful method. It is a spiritual, non-invasive, an interactive process of change, with psychological and physical benefits. It is one of the most effective ways in our planet to change the subconscious programs, the limiting beliefs that sabotage our life experience, and do not allow us to be the expression of our full potential as a divine being having a human experience.
